First Baptist Church Children's Ministry
Children are an important part of the life of First Baptist Church and we strive to provide ample opportunity for worship, spiritual growth and fellowship. Our Children's Ministry is led by Janet Shelton. Sunday School Sunday School @ 9:45-10:45 am First Baptist Church has a wonderful group of dedicated Sunday School teachers who offer Bible based instruction. Each class is divided age-appropriate and is supplemented with take home information for the parents to continue the conversation about each week's lesson at home! Information about all dates and activities is available in the Junior Church and Sunday School rooms.

Our Children's Ministry is led by Janet Shelton.TeamKID TeamKID (Kids in Discipleship) is a fast paced Wednesday night program for children kindergarten through fifth grade. We meet in the Junior Church room from 6:30-8:00 pm. Each week we learn a new lesson from God's word and hear about missionaries from around the world, and what we can do to help support their ministry. Middle SchoolMiddle School Bible Study every Wednesday is led by Brett Witcher and all middle school students are welcome! This group meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8pm. This is an amazing time to connect with other middle school youth and discuss issues that are specifically relevant to this age group.
